How To Let Us Know When You Have A Concern About the Services You Are Receiving

Always try to resolve your concern with your social worker first. If you do not know who your social worker is, contact the CFS office closest to where you live to find out A list of regional offices and phone numbers is located on the back of this flyer.

If you cannot come to a resolution with your social worker, or if your concern is about your social worker; you may contact the social worker’s supervisor by calling the CFS office in your region. You may also request to speak with the Duty Supervisor if your social worker’s supervisor is not available. The supervisor will contact you within two business days to discuss your concern.

If the supervisor does not resolve your concern, you may contact their manager by calling the phone number for your regional office and requesting to speak with your social worker’s manager. The manager will contact you within two business days to discuss your concern. You may also raise concerns with the regional CFS Deputy Director or your attorney, if the case is brought before the court.

If your concern is not resolved per the above, contact the CFS Office of the Ombudsperson at (909) 387-7163 or click to complete the online form.
